The campsite is lovely right on the North Sea and close to Hvide Sande, with a calm, relaxed vibe. The staff were welcoming and the place was decorated for Halloween. The swimming pool was great. The mattresses were ultra‑thin and hard, slightly better on the loft than in the cabin, but still made us all sleep poorly for both nights (our girls usually never notice that kind of thing). The cabin was very poorly cleaned; a thick layer of dust lay everywhere, large spider webs hung in many corners, and we had to wash plates and silverware before use because of visible grease stains.

The place is super situated right behind the dunes, quiet but Hvide Sande is reachable in 7 minutes. Free use of the swimming pool is also great! The cottages are a bit old, but everything is usable and available.

The place was tidy and clean, but the lamps outside the house were dim.
