“We made the best of multiple bad situations. We would not recommend at all.”

Pools. They messed up our Bookings.com reservation (2 rms, 2bds), argued about it. Lied saying they did not offer their rooms that way until I showed them the website. Through a bunch of attitude and derogatory language thinking we didn’t understand Spanish. Then they messed up our dinner reservations on two of the four nights that we made reservations. Their reasoning is that they saw a (canceled) reservation for a different restaurant and so did not plan a table for us at their restaurant even though we had a valid reservation… End result the manager looked at is and said “we don’t have a solution for you. Goodbye!” They tried to make us pay for vat/tourism 3 different times even though we showed them receipts of having paid already. They tried to charge us for ‘towel cards’ even though we turned in all of our cards, they tried to charge us for keycard/bracelets even though they removed them at checkout. If we hadn’t taken pics/vids of everything they would have gotten away wth it. The room staff were great, the restaurant/buffet servers were great. Food was ‘ok’ but not at all on par with the MoonPalace. Sargassum was piles 3 to 4 ft high on beaches. Pools were nice tho

“Unas vacaciones espléndidas con mi familia”

The hotel is excellent and the hallways are very pretty. The only issue was that the minibar wasn’t refilled daily.

“Overall a good stay, staff is awesome,”

Location and facilities are overall good. The staff are very nice and courteous. The food is good. It’s close to Xcaret parks! Shower water pressure, temperature regulation, and uncomfortable toilets are problems, and bathrooms everywhere need to be cleaned more often. Dinner reservations can only be booked through the main lobby and only 3 at a time.

“Would stay again just ask for a different room”

The view was great and there was plenty to do, but my room felt damp, smelled moldy, and the lamp shades were rusted.
