“Quá tệ. Quá chán và thất vọng”
I booked a room with one type of check‑in but got another; it was terrible. For almost 3 million per night the room had nothing, I was very disappointed and felt scammed. Nothing matched the advertisement.
“Average hotel”
The hotel’s proximity to the airport means you won’t have to travel far, and the view is beautiful with a lovely beach nearby. However, staff speak limited English, and there’s nothing in the surrounding area—no restaurants or shops, only other hotels. If you just want to relax on the beach all day and stay in a hotel, that’s fine.
The hotel’s location was very appealing, with a stunning sea view from the room, all the necessary amenities, a clean beach, a warm pool, and a calm atmosphere—everything was top‑level, making the stay comfortable and pleasant. Unfortunately, the reception service left a very unpleasant impression. On the day of arrival, chaos reigned: staff at the front desk kept redirecting us to one another and no one could resolve our issue. Even though breakfast was included, we weren’t given the required ticket and were told it could be obtained in the morning. The next morning, the reception staff showed no willingness to sort it out, and we had to explain that we hadn’t received the ticket at check‑in. Only after that could we access breakfast. On the second day, the same problem occurred: at the restaurant entrance we were again asked for a ticket we still didn’t have, forcing us to return to reception and waste time explaining. All of this gave the impression that we were begging for something free, even though breakfast was already paid for and included in the room rate. For a five‑star hotel, this level of organization and service is completely unacceptable and highly disappointing.

The property includes a kids’ and adults’ pool, a small café serving Vietnamese food, and a breakfast buffet with a wide variety of dishes. Across the building there’s a kids’ room that hotel staff can shuttle you to in a little car.
“Not bad , but we have to separate our kids with their parents, hopefully they can fix how to easily to book room for fam”
