“Hôtel à fuir malgré la gentillesse de la propriétaire”

Juanita was super friendly and gave great tips, and the place is just a stone's throw from the beach. But the photos on the site are old and the hotel looks half abandoned, with rustic rooms, an old bathroom, a courtyard full of bricks and debris, no on‑site food, dirty common areas, and no windows—just mosquito nets—so we could hear every noise from the street.

“Mejor experiencia de todo el viaje”

The spot is perfect—just a minute from the beach and all the restaurants, and it stays quiet even though it's close to the main street. Juanita and her sister were amazing hosts, ready to help and honest, and they had all our tours ready for us. They’re great guides, friendly, know the area well, and love sharing it, which made the whole experience feel authentic. The coffee and pastries were delicious, thanks Juanita!

“Estancia inolvidable con excursiones increíbles”

The place offers great value—clean, comfy, well kept. What really made it special were Juanita and Julia; they were attentive from the start and went out of their way to make our stay great. Their tours—turtle nesting, canoeing, jaguar trail—were spectacular, and Juanita’s passion and knowledge shone through. We’d definitely come back and recommend it 100%.

The welcome was adorable and the location is good. The ground‑floor rooms are old, and the first one faces the patio with no blackout curtains, so it’s noisy.

Laundry was available, the place was clean, and the AC worked well. Guide Soul gave us unforgettable experiences—night walk, early‑morning canoe, and a night turtle hunt that was a huge highlight. The beach and town center are close, making it a top spot. Highly recommended.
