The room was spotless, had a fridge, and the garden was gorgeous.
Breakfast was solid.
Ria greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome.
The location was close enough to town but still quiet.

“On the very outskirts of salmon arm - clean, peaceful, hospitable”
The room was large, comfortable, and peaceful, and the hospitality was great, though it would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room.
“Rural charm close to town”
We love that the property is rural yet very close to town; it’s very peaceful and comfortable, and Ria is an absolutely charming host who leaves fresh fruit and cookies for guests.

The room matched the pictures exactly—very comfortable and clean. The backyard is beautiful, but we couldn’t enjoy it because it rained. Ria is the perfect host, warm and welcoming, and her breakfast is fantastic with plenty of options; I highly recommend Ackerview Guesthouse and would definitely stay again if I return to Salmon Arm. Everything was great—nothing negative.

When we arrived the reception area offered fruit, snacks, coffee, teas, and our breakfast choices; the host, Rea, served a family‑style breakfast based on the menu we submitted the night before and then chatted with us, and there was absolutely nothing to complain about.
