“Excelente estadia”

Atendimento do Thiago sem dúvidas diferencial, o café da manhã bem diversificado, tudo limpinho. Muito organizado, valeu a pena os dias em que nos hospedamos. Sem dúvidas que aconselho de olhos fechados. Só a noite em que tivemos um barulho perturbador de outros hóspedes, batendo portas a noite e um falatório insuportável. Eu reclamei com a recepção no dia seguinte, nas noites posteriores, não tivemos mais problemas

I stayed in a room that was completely moldy, dirty, and had a terrible smell.

“Uma experiência com vários "quases"”

It’s close to Beto Carrero and the breakfast is good, but I had a “almost” experience: the shower almost kept the water hot, I needed hot water for a bottle but there was no microwave so they heated it in a kettle; I told reception the shower wasn’t heating, and the receptionist’s answer was very dry, almost clueless: “impossible, the coil is at 44 degrees.” I honestly wanted to vent, but I didn’t, even after leaving the water running as instructed, it still didn’t heat. Also the bathroom floor was slippery; on the first day I slipped on the wet floor and almost hit my head on the sink counter. In short, it was a near‑experience: almost hot water, almost a head injury on a slippery floor, my wife almost took a shower because she refused cold water.
