The hotel sits in the city centre, everything is fancy, and you can easily reach any spot in town.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's safety features, particularly the basement room which felt like a bomb shelter. The private car parking within the courtyard was also a welcome bonus. However, I did notice that the hotel's overall appearance could use some renovation, and the room's decor was somewhat outdated.

My primary concern when choosing this hotel was safety, and I was relieved to find that it was situated in a courtyard surrounded by tall buildings, providing some protection from potential threats. I opted for a room with windows almost at ground level, which allowed me to sleep peacefully at night without worrying about seeking shelter. Although the hotel's interior showed signs of aging, the bed and linens were clean, and the room was meticulously cleaned.

Despite the challenging wartime environment and low tourist season, the hotel owner went out of their way to accommodate me, even opening the hotel just for my stay. Their excellent English skills made communication a breeze, and I appreciated their flexibility. However, I did find it necessary to coordinate my arrival time carefully to ensure a smooth check-in process.
