“Beautiful Agriturismo stay”

We stayed at Baglio Spano and found it a stunning building with clean, spacious rooms and a comfortable bed. Frederico was always on hand to help and even let us borrow bikes to cycle to the beach, just 10 minutes away. Breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from, and the evening meals were tasty home‑cooked dishes at great value. Thanks a lot, Frederico. Nothing to complain about!

The staff were very authentic and friendly, and the breakfast was also great. The location is very remote, which brings a lot of peace, and it sits between two cool villages. We did two wine tastings in Marsala. Tip: do Florio first and then Donafugata, or just do Donafugata (20‑30 min drive from the hotel). The driveway to the hotel was in bad condition. For us personally, this was a bit less than a typical hotel. The pool hats for entering the pool felt a little odd, but that still made it a fun special day.

“Endroit authentique”

The feel of having a good time in a timely manner, the authentic character, the breakfast with local homemade products, the comfortable bedding, being surrounded by vineyards, and the terrace lined with orange trees all left a great impression. The sound insulation between our room and the neighboring room was poor: when the lady coughed or ran water in her bathroom, it felt like she was in our room.

A very evocative historic property in an excellent spot for visiting Mazara and Marsala. Great breakfast and the owner is friendly and helpful.

“Entspannung pur”

The accommodation is something truly special, completely quiet, letting you finally unwind from the stressful everyday life. Lea and Frederico are professional yet distant, but truly care about a good stay. They cook fresh dinner daily on request, which you shouldn’t miss. The breakfast is also very good.
