“Great value for money”

The location is great, and the food served is excellent.

The lady in housekeeping is friendly and nice. However, the hotel staff just sit around playing on their phones; when I asked for ice, they laughed and didn’t give me anything, which feels unprofessional. As an F&B Director in Hue, I plan to bring this up with Didier Corlou, the chef‑owner of Mme Hien across the street, with whom I’ve worked. I can’t recommend this hotel; while the location is good, there’s a complete lack of professional standards. The rooms were dirty, housekeeping wasn’t done, and so on. Instead of laughing and playing on phones, the staff need to take their jobs more seriously.

The location is good, but the room had no windows and a slight fly issue, which is acceptable for the price.

“Booking. Com need to proper check before offering any room by this type of rubbish hostel.”

I liked the location, but the place is really a family‑run Airbnb, not a hotel. There's no reception desk or housekeeping staff, and overall it was rubbish.
