The apartment was cute and well furnished, yet I booked a triple and got a double, had to replace some pillows, and the room was very noisy.

I liked that it was close to the airport, but the rooms and sheets were dirty, the whole building was filthy, on the verge of collapse, old, and the toilet always smelled like sewage; the bed sheets were dirty too. We contacted customer service, sent them photos, and they only apologized without taking any action.
