It felt very cozy and whimsical, with a nice kitchen area in the room and a very sweet setup.

The location was close to the main sites and experiences in Playa del Carmen, but the room was quite dirty and had a foul smell, and the cost of the room did not reflect the cleanliness.

Every time I go to Playa del Carmen I stay at the Colorado Hotel because it’s a family‑run place that’s always very clean, safe, quiet, in the center, and the owners are really kind and welcoming; I recommend this charming hotel 100%.
