The staff—Hicham the manager, Mustapha, Muhammed, Yusuf, Ikram at reception, Adil, Ayoub, and Hussein at the front desk—were all fantastic, the Spa team turned our first Hammam and massage into pure joy, and Hansa with her crew, especially Maryam, went above and beyond, even accommodating our vegan diet and giving us great travel tips, though we couldn’t stay longer this time and hope to return.

The live music in the restaurant was too loud at night, the shower water was sometimes lukewarm, and although the pool’s design blocks street noise, it only gets a few hours of sunshine each day.
