“Excelent pentru familie în plimbare prin Moldova”

We stayed in a surprisingly spacious two‑room apartment. Everything in the room looked new and solid, the beds were comfortable, it was quiet, and the temperature was pleasant. The only drawback was the air‑conditioning system (heating, end of October) which was somewhat noisy when it turned on – it would wake you up three to four times a night. The hotel staff were mostly friendly; some waiters weren't very smiling but were prompt, and you could rely on their recommendations and help. There was an interesting play area; you could keep kids occupied for about 45 minutes. There is no lift, so if you have heavy luggage you'll need to ask someone at reception – we stayed on Saturday and Sunday in the fall and had no issues with parking. The food was diverse and tasty with large portions, justifying the price; with the restaurant full, you might expect about 30 minutes, but overall the staff worked well. The hotel is in good condition, looks a bit old‑fashioned, but it’s a solid three‑star place without problems. Climatization was noisy.

“Acceptabil pentru 1 zi, maxim 2 zile.”

The staff were friendly and available at reception 24 h. Rooms were clean, towels were changed and supplies replenished daily. There was a kettle in the room. You can’t book with breakfast included; everything is à la carte. There is no lift, so staying on the third floor (attic) isn’t ideal. The stairs to the third floor are very steep. The internet connection is unsecured and very slow.

“Excelent”

What a wonderful experience! The staff were very friendly, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the food was excellent. Everything was superlative! Kudos to the whole team, and we will definitely come back. I highly recommend it.

It was extremely cold, especially since it was already very cold outside. I told reception, but they only gave a little heat and one of the radiators didn’t work, and the air conditioner didn’t work at all.
