Napa Discovery Inn

“Horrible”

I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable scavengers I encountered during my stay, but unfortunately, they didn't live up to their cheap and opportunistic reputation. Despite this, I was still able to find some value in their services.

“Run don’t walk to a different property”

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was a letdown. Although the location was convenient, the overall quality of the hotel fell short of my expectations. The check-in process was awkward, and I was disappointed to find that my room had a musty smell, which made it difficult to relax during my stay.

“Great recommendation for a short stay”

I recently stayed at a hotel in Napa that offered a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the downtown area on foot. The rooms were comfortable and provided a refreshing stay. However, I did notice some room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and the staff's politeness, which could be a bit more welcoming.

I found this hotel to be relatively easy to locate, but my experience was marred by some issues with the staff and the room. Unfortunately, there was only one staff member available, and he didn't speak English fluently, which made communication challenging. The room itself was fine, but the language barrier made it difficult to get the help I needed.

“Greed and unprofessional”

The hotel's location and cleanliness were major highlights, but my experience took a turn for the worse when I tried to book an additional night at the listed rate. The manager refused to honor the rate, citing a higher price of $80 more, which left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.
