The reception was friendly, the transport links and historic centre were close, the pool was good, breakfast was fine, and the room was comfortable. However, I noticed a 120‑liter empty trash bag on the floor in the room, a pile of dust under the headboard, no spare toilet paper roll for two days, and the shower door base was still limescale‑stained. It left a bad impression.

“If wasnt for the location i'd go back”

The property is decent, the pool is excellent, but the location is terrible. No taxis can go to or from the hotel; they have to stop in the corner on a desert road. It sits in front of a tram station, so cars are not allowed nearby. The area is dark and odd to walk in at night.

“A very enjoyable and relaxing week away .”

The hotel was a five‑minute walk from the train station and had a tram stop right outside. The rooms were clean and tidy with a mini‑bar and air conditioning. The bathroom had a dual shower and a hair dryer. Clean towels and linen were provided daily. There was also a kettle and cups with tea/coffee sachets. The outdoor pool was lovely and clean with sun loungers around and clean towels to use. Breakfast was amazing. I was offered gluten‑free products for breakfast and there were alternative milks. The staff were so friendly. Nothing negative.

“I would stay at MH Florence Hotel and Spa anytime!!!”

The property was very well maintained and we loved all the facilities! The most important thing is that all the staff were exceptionally polite and genuinely nice people. From the reception team to the amazing breakfast girls! We want to thank everybody for making our stay so beautiful!

“Un buon hotel peccato per la posizione”

The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the breakfast is good. The location is a problem; the hotel is situated among other things on a street that is not accessible to taxis.
