Each unit features a fully equipped kitchenette and tasteful décor. Guests enjoy a spacious garden, shared terrace, complimentary bikes, and optional breakfast. The resort lies 30 minutes from Orbetello and 50 km from Lake Bolsena.

The property consists of two main cabins, each with two small studio‑style rooms. The apartment was cozy, well‑maintained, and clean, and it’s close enough to the sea, farm stays, various restaurants, and supermarkets. The internet and the building’s Wi‑Fi were weak outside and nonexistent inside the apartment, which was frustrating. I would have appreciated a basic pantry—salt, sugar, oil, and coffee (we only had enough coffee for a two‑cup moka)—especially since there’s no place to cook or even have breakfast; in that sense it’s not a true agritourism experience.

The location is great and the outdoor space is lovely. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and the owners were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the lack of basic cooking supplies like salt, oil, and coffee.
