The spot in the center of Frascati is clean and comfortable, but the refrigerator isn’t working—what a bummer!

Communication was excellent and they were flexible.

The restaurant food was good, but I couldn’t stay the night because the bed was rock hard; I had to find another hotel, which was a big hassle. I managed to dine with friends the last night and the food was fine, but the hotel only refunded part of my payment after a lot of back‑and‑forth. They really need better mattresses—only a few people can sleep on the floor! After 22 years in the holiday rental business, mattresses are a priority for me.
