I loved the spacious layout with two bathrooms and a shower booth, and being within walking distance of American Village made getting around a breeze; there really wasn’t anything to complain about.

Everything was tidy, clean and comfortable, giving a real home‑like feeling, but the kitchen sink constantly emitted a foul sewer smell that was unpleasant.

The place sleeps six, boasts a huge living room, convenient laundry facilities and a great location close to American Village and Dream World, making shopping easy; the host was incredibly friendly and we even managed to ride out the typhoon inside, a memory the kids still cherish, though the kitchen drain tended to smell and we had to clean it twice ourselves.

2 quiet and secluded rooms that were the only rooms on the floor. Staff was attentive to issues. Main room air conditioner did not work in one of the rooms. Staff scheduled a time to fix issue but never fixed air conditioner

The accommodation was very roomy, so a family of four felt completely comfortable without any crowding, and the in‑unit washer and dryer were a huge convenience, while any issues we raised were answered promptly by the staff; the only downside was occasional traffic noise from nearby streets on weekend evenings, but we were usually too tired to notice after falling asleep.
