The view was lovely and the food excellent, but the children’s outrageous behavior ruined the experience because nobody stepped in, spoiling the facilities.

“Hotel too old and expensive.”

The staff were friendly, but the bed was uncomfortable and the room felt too old.

The trees outside were soothing. Using the bath was inconvenient, so after being tired I gave up on the bath.

I'm a bit disappointed with the big difference in views between the south and north rooms - it's pretty unfair! I think it would be awesome if they could add a walking path with views of Mt. Fuji or a lookout point for the moon and sunrise. That would really make the hotel special.

The dinner buffet was excellent, with unlimited crab and eel that tasted great. However, staff and guests were smoking together in the same designated area, some outlets didn’t work, the bath was a five‑minute drive away, the on‑site shuttle ran far too infrequently, and there was no extra charge to see the property’s illumination displays.
