Holiday Inn Dallas Market Ctr Love Field by IHG

The hotel offered a shuttle to and from the airport, which was exactly what we needed for our quick trip. The drivers were friendly, and the front desk staff were equally pleasant. The only downside was that everything was fine for just one night.

“A little pricey for what you get”

Breakfast was tasty and the dining staff were very pleasant. The bed was comfortable. On the second night the TV stopped working; it took some time, but a staff member eventually fixed it. The air‑conditioning rattled all night for two consecutive nights. The staff seemed confused about the booking being made through Booking, and at checkout they told me I’d need to contact Booking for a receipt, yet Booking had told me otherwise. I sent a message to the hotel but never received a reply, which was frustrating.

“Great price for one night”

The price was good. However, the place was too noisy; traffic outside was LOUD!!

Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely return if we needed a night in Dallas.
