“Far from ideal”
When I needed a room last minute, they had one, which I appreciated. However, construction was happening right outside the rooms and the workers were loud at 7 am. The pool was closed, so I felt cheated for paying to stay when I couldn't even swim, and I couldn't sleep.
“Bad”
I rarely leave reviews, but this place forced me to. The hygiene was terrible: there was hair on the bedding, the floor was visibly dirty, and the room had almost no soundproofing. I could hear people downstairs and someone next door playing TikTok videos on their phone. A non‑staff person even knocked on my door on a weekend afternoon, claiming they had knocked on the wrong door. I’m not sure how safe this hotel is, but the lack of cleanliness and soundproofing is unacceptable.

Nothing was good; the whole experience was a nightmare. The hotel was under construction during my stay, which wasn’t disclosed when I booked. The parking lot had crackheads roaming around, just as other reviews said. My phone was disconnected in the room, the door wouldn’t lock, and the room was warm and humid. Staff ignored my complaints and insisted I wasn’t entitled to a refund, even though I cancelled within 10 minutes of being shown my room. I had to scramble for another place last minute, which was awful. Nearly a month later, the management still refuses to refund the charge for the room I never used or respond to my dispute. I would not recommend this place.

The room was clean, comfortable, and close to the highway. The facility was undergoing major renovation, so breakfast was late and only average at best. When you’re traveling, you want a decent breakfast served on time.
