“I’d stay here in the future if they renovated and enforce their no smoking policy”

The location is good, but the hallways and my room smelled like cigarette smoke and something else I can’t name; I’m very sensitive to the smell and had to check out. A bug was on the sheet of my bed. The hotel and its rooms need a cosmetic renovation, though the outside looks better. The front desk clerk was very nice and understanding and got me refunded for the rest of my stay. The location is decent.

“Not vert pleasant.”

The location is good, but cleanliness could be better; there was a bad odor in the room, the desk chair was broken and I discovered it when I sat on it.

“Fair but overpriced”

The rooms had potential with the kitchenette but were just outdated; the manager and the check‑in receptionist were nice! However, when I arrived, the room I was first put in on the first floor was dirty with stains and the sofa bed was nasty, and the toilet didn’t even flush. I asked for an extra blanket and was told they couldn’t give out any extra linens without a manager present.
