The spot is great, but sleeping is impossible because the windows lack soundproofing and weekend street noise is hellish; the staff even left a box with a sleep mask and earplugs next to the bed—really terrible.

The location is very good, but we couldn't find parking because we didn't have a small car and the bed was not a double.

“Boa, mas por ser um hotel 4* esperavamos mais em relaçao as acomodaçoes, funcionarios e cafe da manha !!”

The location is great—right next to Plaza Mayor—but the breakfast had almost no fresh fruit, no pastries, and one day there was no butter or any substitute, which feels weak for a 4‑star hotel; the bathroom lacked toiletries, no bathrobe was provided, and on one night there was no liquid soap even though the room had been cleaned and not restocked.

“Tolle Lage”

The hotel is just a few steps from the beautiful Plaza Mayor, rooms are spacious and bright, and the breakfast buffet is modest but covers everything needed for a good start; however, the central location can still be noisy late into the night depending on the room’s orientation.
