The property itself is stunning, the masseria is gorgeous, surrounded by greenery, and the food is excellent. The glamping tents sit under the sun, so in August mornings you wake up drenched in sweat because there’s no air conditioning. The staff service didn’t live up to the beauty of the place; there were many mistakes, inaccuracies, and customer care lapses, culminating in a one‑hour wait standing in line to check in because the staff couldn’t figure out how to do it, and they never offered an apology.

The staff were courteous and kind, the property was clean and well equipped, and the wine selection was superb.

Everything was very nice and impeccably clean. The only downside was that the tent lacked air conditioning.
