“We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed our time here.”
We spent the last two nights here and had a fantastic stay. The cottages are very comfortable, clean, and well equipped: the kitchen has cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, cups, cooking utensils, washing‑up liquid, cloths, and other useful cleaning items, plus a proper cooker. We slept soundly, the area is quiet, and the AC works great. Hot water is always available thanks to the gas boiler. The cottages look brand‑new, clearly the result of careful construction and thoughtful equipment, with plenty of extra lighting. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful, often around, and easy to reach directly or via WhatsApp; he speaks very good Russian and conversational English, and treated us to tasty homemade wine. We were lucky that a family with children of similar age stayed next door, so our kids had a blast playing together. The surroundings are pleasant, featuring hammocks, picnic tables with benches, and a spot for barbecues or fires. Stairs lead directly from the cottages to Borjomi Park, which is very convenient, and there’s a natural spring right next to the property. About 300 m away is a Big Wheel with a beautiful panorama of Bakuriani, and the upper cable‑car station from Borjomi Park. The only thing that didn’t quite suit us were the pillows, which felt large and firm – a personal preference issue. We’d also suggest adding blinds or curtains to the windows; currently the windows are mirrored from the outside during the day, but at night people can see clearly into the cottages, so some privacy would improve comfort.
