“Don't book, property doesn't exist”

The property doesn’t exist—don’t book it. When I arrived, there was no sign of Fabhotel Vicky, and they just robbed me.

“Property doesn't exist! Do not book it.”

Nothing to say, since it doesn’t exist! The fact that they took my booking even though the property wasn’t ready left me stranded on the road with no idea where to go. The owner claimed the building had been under construction for the last seven months, and the whole Fabhotel experience in Kolkata is a scam. After visiting a few other Fabhotels to see if the pictures were accurate, I found them to be shady, dark rooms that were very poorly maintained, and most of the photos didn’t look anywhere close to reality.

“they didn’t let me stay they didn’t provide any room”

nothing. they didn’t let me stay they denied that they have any collaborations with booking .com and the help from you people was so bad i was in the middle of road in an unknown place for 2 hours i had to book from oyo as they denied my stay its a scam to loot the public

“I need my invoice”

Nothing. I asked for an invoice but they didn’t give one. The old AC was dirty, the room quality was bad, and the curtains were poor. They also didn’t provide breakfast, even though it was included in my package.
