The staff were friendly and accommodating, though it would be nicer if they introduced themselves or wore name tags; there was no hand‑washing soap or toilet spray in the bathroom.

Everything was excellent, but the fridge needs fixing; my fridge was not okay.

I liked the surroundings, especially that mountain, and the mall wasn’t far. However, they said check‑in starts at 10 a.m., yet when we arrived the rooms were not ready and we were told to return at 12 p.m. because their official check‑in is at 2 p.m. In the morning there was no hot water, so we bathed with cold water.
