The staff were friendly and well-informed, and the rewards program offered useful perks for my current stay—unlike other places where the benefits only kick in later. I can’t think of any complaints.

The AC fan made a lot of noise, and the sofa bed’s mattress was terrible. Also, be aware that Wi‑Fi comes with an extra fee.
