The food was good and the service was excellent, yet we found silverfish in the bathroom, bedroom, and reception area.

The parking was handy, but breakfast timing was awful, the hotel was expensive for the low quality, and since I stay here twice a year for work in Belfast I’ll look for another place next time.

“Nice hotel, great facilities, but parking could be better”

The location was handy, a short distance from the city centre with good public transport if you can’t walk; the rooms were clean, tidy, and had good facilities, plus water, snacks, tea, and coffee on demand. However, car parking was a problem: during the three nights we stayed, evening events at the hotel made the car park very full and congested, so you had to find alternative spots on nearby side streets, which was inconvenient for luggage and the security staff were unhappy about double‑parking to unload.
