The Grand Sirenis Punta Cana Resort & Aquagames - All Inclusive is set on Uvero Alto Beach in a coconut grove. The resort features a large outdoor pool with ocean views, a water park, 9 restaurants, and 3 pool bars. Spacious rooms have modern décor, balconies, air conditioning, and satellite TV. Activities include snorkelling, kayaking, tennis, and archery, with Nisibon Lakes nearby.

The service was excellent, Victor was the best, and I hope Josue comes back for another vacation.

The place was decent. I didn’t like that we couldn’t book meals at the restaurants because they were closed. There was no ice machine. The beds were uncomfortable. Everything felt very old and outdated. I would never stay here again.

The rooms were suites. The kids club had decent activity, but it was limited. The hotel is far from everything and only has a small stretch of beach, which was full of seaweed so we couldn’t enjoy it at all. Some staff were good and others were not; if you don’t tip, don’t expect a smile. We had to beg every day for glasses and spoons; they were never on the table.

It was excellent. I had to insist three times. The cleaning crew came and cleaned the room while we weren’t there. In the end they did it at the last minute.
