Everything was very good, all was fine.

Breakfast was good, but the breakfast room was too small and cramped, making it hectic when many people arrived at the same time in the morning. The first room we got had a strong smoke smell; the friendly staff moved us to another room that was generally good but only had a very small cabinet, not enough for two people with ski clothes, yet overall it was still a good experience.

The place feels like a cozy chalet in the Swiss Alps, with great comfort, stylish décor and attentive service, although the spa price is a bit steep.

I love the location, and the staff were super helpful, but the rooms are a bit noisy because they're close to the main road.
