Great location for our conference. There weren’t enough staff at the pool bar (over 21), the luggage transfers were chaotic, and reception was understaffed.

Great location for our conference. There weren’t enough staff at the pool bar (over 21), the luggage transfers were chaotic, and reception was understaffed.

The place and the staff were fine, but first they gave us a room overlooking the pool with no privacy; after we raised the issue they moved us to an upper floor. We also had to wait over an hour for lunch and drinks by the spa pool.

The place is great, right on the resort and the location is spot on. Nothing else really stands out.

The spot is amazing, but the staff were awful. The check‑in lady kept telling me that two of my cards were declined and that I should call my bank while my 10‑month‑old was exhausted and needed to sleep. The bank later confirmed my cards were fine, yet after 30 minutes of this nonsense the hotel staff finally discovered the issue on their end and checked us in. The receptionist never even apologized, which was absolutely disgusting for the start of my birthday trip. I’ll never come back.
