“Boa mas pequenos ajustes pode se tornar excelente!”

The building is brand‑new and everything feels fresh. The shower in the bathroom is excellent, and the air conditioning, TV, and mattress are all fine. Breakfast is decent, and they also give a complimentary snack at the end of the day. Free water is in the minibar, and parking is available. However, the bathroom lacked soap and a face/hand towel. I asked for an extra pillow and they said none were available (but that was acceptable). My sister and I shared a room with two single beds. When I went to the front desk for blankets, they had none in the room and only gave me one because there were no more. It was a rainy, windy night, so it was cold, and I slept with just the sheet on me.

The night staff at reception handed me a key that didn’t belong to my apartment, and when I pointed it out they responded with disdain. Breakfast was very sparse; all the fruit was bruised and there was no extra option.

The apartment was clean, the staff were polite, and the parking lot was spacious. Breakfast could have offered more choices, especially fruit.

“Decepcionante”

The air was cool and the shower worked well. The first two rooms we were placed in were used and dirty; only the third room was comfortable. For three people, there were too few pillows and blankets.

The shower was cold and never warmed up, whether in the morning or at night.
