The breakfast was plentiful, the staff were very kind, and the location was excellent! There was nothing that I didn’t like.

I had a lovely stay at a great place; the staff were lovely and the location was great. The room had no real window, so it felt a bit claustrophobic.

“Good overall, with room for improvement”

Great location, spacious clean room, just like the pictures. The property is not particularly accessible, which did not affect me personally as I have no mobility issues, but I think it is worth mentioning for other guests. You have to climb around 20 steps to reach the reception, and the elevator seems to stop between floors, meaning that when you get out, you still have to either go up or down a flight of stairs to reach your floor. My toilet also would not flush, so I called reception to let them know. The staff member at the front desk came up with another man, who I believe was the owner, and I have to admit the whole process of “fixing” it was a little uncomfortable. Neither of them took their shoes off before entering the room, the owner was sort of admonishing the receptionist, and after taking apart a few pieces of the flushing mechanism, he said that it should work and that, if it didn’t, I should call them again. I was never offered the option of changing rooms, even though I would expect access to a properly functioning toilet to be a basic requirement at a four-star property

“Convenient location and nice to have a restaurant downstairs”

Close to the old town and a metro station. Staff friendly and room was comfortable. Some noise and cigarette smoke from the entrance of the hotel
