La buena ubicación que tiene. El baño tenía sellada la ventana, por lo tanto, habia olor a humedad de baño

The ovation is great, and it's a great 'value for money'. After chwck out we had to pay extra fee of 5000 pesos to leave our bags until we were headed to the airport. And the hall doesn't have nice place to sit and work

I never wanted to stay there, but I did and it was a nightmare. Felipe, the owner, seems to be running a scam and taking innocent people's money; we should have read other reviews and stayed away. The room had no outside light and none of the photos matched our room. When we asked for a move, they claimed no other rooms were available, but there were actually two rooms left at the same price. When we requested a refund, Felipe didn't even come to see us and left the task to his staff, who clearly had dealt with this before and were fed up. We left the room exactly as we found it, yet Felipe deducted 25 kCPL from our 55 kClp.
