“Bad expereince!”
Only the location is good. Everything else except the location is bad.

Good area. The staff was really nice. The fridge was rusted and didn’t work. There was no coffee pot in the room. Tape was on the lampshade. The towel rack was rusted. The hot water was backwards. The chair had stab holes in it. The pool was out of order. It was black and green water with plants growing out of it.

My experience was flawless, with everything going smoothly from start to finish. On the downside, I didn't encounter any issues, but I guess that's not always a bad thing - some might say it's a bit too uneventful.

The customer care team and lobby staff were really helpful and made a great impression. However, I had a bit of a run-in with another guest, which put a damper on my stay.
