“Stupendo! Unica pecca poco intrattenimento la sera”
I was thrilled with the location of the resort, just a 20‑25 minute walk to major sights like Old Sharm and Namabay, and close to the airport. The green spaces are always well tended, even though the property is huge. Another perk is access to the other resorts in the same chain, which receive the same level of care. You can walk around, the beach is nearby, but if you’re not up for moving around a lot, you can request a golf cart from reception and be taken to any area of the resort in a short time. The reception staff and everyone else are incredibly friendly and ready to meet any request. The pools are spotless and the slides are amazing. We stayed with our 2½‑year‑old son and the kids’ pool was a real highlight, with slides, a 30 cm high water level, and plenty of lifeguards for safety. We spent 8 days, so we could enjoy two of the five à la carte restaurants in addition to the included buffet. The “Il Pescatore” and “Il Melograno” were very good. We would have liked more international cuisine, as the buffet felt repetitive and heavily spiced, but it could be improved. The daytime and evening entertainment should be increased, and the shows should be more engaging rather than just for viewing. It’s hard to know what activities are available, so you might miss fun things like the foam party. That event was nice but short, and it would be better to involve more music and dancing afterward. A dedicated app or TV channel informing guests about the entertainment schedule across the Charmillion resorts would help everyone stay up to date and choose from the various options.
