Lovely staff that was very friendly, but we had problems with our toilet and had to insist on fixing it (at one point we were told just to use the on‑off valve at the bottom of the toilet to flush it), and the rooms were cold despite spot heaters that worked intermittently.

The staff were incredibly friendly. We’re Colombian and traveling with my pet, and they treated us superbly at every moment.

The price was competitive, the walk‑in shower in my room was a highlight, breakfast was delicious, and the location is perfect for exploring Quito; it’s a boutique hotel after all.
