Modern, well designed, comfortable, and the staff are friendly. Everything was good, but a small bar area with drinks and comfy seating would have been nice. Drinks are available in the restaurant, so that’s fine.

My wife and I spent three nights at the Watergate Boutique Hotel. The hotel feels intimate and cozy, with a nice, clean pool. We enjoyed our stay and had a good breakfast each morning, though I missed bacon and beans in the continental spread. The service was impeccable; the staff went out of their way to keep us comfortable and were helpful with everything. The hotel was hosting courses or events during our stay, so all the nice poolside tables for dinner were reserved. We ended up dining at SM Mall in the evening, which is only a five‑minute taxi ride away and offers a wide variety of restaurants and shops.

The food is great, but my son saw a rat in the room. The parking lot is crazy and doesn’t have enough space.

The shower caulking was in bad shape, spreading all over the floor, and the bidet leaked overnight, creating a huge puddle that forced me to pull the bidet handle into the sink.

The pool and rooms were good, and the staff were friendly, but the breakfast in the morning wasn’t great for foreign guests; I ended up only having a coffee and leaving 😁😅.
