I was a bit worried about the shared spaces, but it turned out to be a great experience. The other guests were considerate and the common areas were spotless. The interior design was on point, and the fully stocked fridge and snack cabinet were super convenient. The staff were always available to help, and the area was safe and runner-friendly. I even enjoyed going out for my morning run.

I had an amazing time at Thelma and You - the staff were all so friendly and welcoming. This was my second time staying here and I loved it just as much as the first time. The staff's warmth and hospitality really made my stay special, and I'm already looking forward to coming back again.

I'm still waiting for my money back after the host cancelled my booking due to a double booking. It's been a frustrating experience and I'm disappointed that I haven't received a refund yet. The whole ordeal has left a sour taste in my mouth and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

We had a pretty frustrating start to our stay. We arrived at the stated time, but the staff member wasn't there. We had to wait around and make some phone calls to get sorted out. To make matters worse, we got stuck in the car park and couldn't get out - my husband had to walk to Cavendish to get help. It was a bit of a kerfuffle, and we weren't given any warning that this might happen.

I was really impressed with Happy, our host, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Unfortunately, the room we ended up in was a letdown - it was tiny and didn't match the pictures on the website, which only showed off the bigger rooms on the property. Despite the initial disappointment, Happy's warm hospitality made up for it, and we still had a great time. If you're booking, just be aware that not all rooms are created equal.
