“Lugar excepcional”

Everything was great; the chalet with the hot tub was wonderful. My daughter loved it! We also got to interact with the animals there, surrounded by nature. Nothing to add.

“Engañados con la. Nota de facturación fiscal....”

The welcome, scenery, and care of the facilities were good. However, when we booked we were charged taxes on the bill and then they sent us a Word document as a letter that was useless and didn’t justify the charge. We stayed as a team and needed to report, so the management was terrible and the advertising was misleading.

Everything was perfect. The place was well‑maintained, clean, and the chalet was fully equipped. Caio and Raiza were excellent, kind, helpful, and polite. Raiza even helped me with food for my little dog that I had forgotten at home. Ten out of ten. No complaints.

Raissa and Caio welcomed us like family, showed us around, and made us feel right at home. The chalet was spotless, organized, and even had honeymoon decorations after I mentioned it on WhatsApp. Bruno handled the booking with great care. The only downside? It's a bit far.
