“carpet smell like dog piss”

The pool was fantastic and my grandson loves it; the front desk staff, especially she, were awesome. This is my second visit and the staff were very friendly, making check‑in a breeze, and the room was clean. However, the room smelled like piss and the carpet felt greasy, so I don’t want to stay in that room again if possible or next time.

Frank and Andrea are always the best and always smiling. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming.

Breakfast was cooked by a really friendly and great cook, with the best poached eggs, hash potatoes, and sausages ever. I have no complaints at all; I’ve traveled professionally with some of the biggest rock bands, and this hotel stands up against many others hands down.

“Ok!”

The staff were kind and helpful (especially Fred), the room was clean, the pool was well maintained, the area was great, and the breakfast was good. The soundproofing in the rooms was very poor, so I had to change rooms.
