The hotel was clean and tidy, which made the stay comfortable. The staff were helpful and the rooms were well maintained. I didn't notice any issues during my visit. Overall, a solid choice if you want a spotless place.

The staff were friendly and always ready to help, which was a big plus. But the housekeeping didn't do a good job cleaning the room – I found dust and a few spots. So while the people were great, the room cleanliness left something to be desired. Still, the service made up for it a bit.

The price-to-quality ratio is terrible – it feels like a five-star hotel that doesn't live up to its rating. As the only 5-star in Anshan, it should step up its game. The rooms were decent, but the overall experience didn't match the price. I left feeling disappointed.
