We spent two amazing weeks at Borgo Prima Luce and were greeted with such warmth from the moment we arrived. Angela and Francesco are the kindest, friendliest hosts anyone could hope for, even inviting us to a fantastic family dinner party. Their attention to detail is evident everywhere, especially in the food, which was simply incredible—so good I could write a whole review just about it! The place lingers in your memory long after you leave, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay! ❤️

Everything was perfect: the building is beautifully renovated, the rooms are elegant yet cozy, and the food—homemade, local, and absolutely delicious—was a highlight. What truly sets this place apart are the kindest hosts imaginable, Angela and Francesco. I can’t wait to return! There is no such thing.

“A hidden gem in Cuglieri”

A huge thank you to Angela and Francesco for their kindness and hospitality; they were incredibly welcoming, and the breakfast each morning was absolutely superb. The house itself is beautiful, and our room was lovely and very comfortable. Cuglieri is a small, charming town with some great local restaurants, and Francesco recommended beautiful beaches within driving distance that were stunning, peaceful, and not overcrowded—far from mass tourism. We loved our stay at this little hotel and would happily come back. Highly recommended! That we had to leave…

“Ein perfekter Aufenthalt”

We travelled around Sardinia on our Vespas in May 2026 and spent three nights at Borgo Prima Luce. This stylish, lovingly renovated house with a beautiful courtyard sits in the small mountain village of Cuglieri, not far from Bosa. The owners, Angela and Francesco, made our stay wonderful: Angela, a cook who masters authentic Sardinian cuisine, treated us every evening with delicious, traditionally prepared fish and meat dishes and excellent locally produced wine, all served in a traditional Sardinian chef’s outfit. The breakfast also left no wishes unfulfilled. Francesco offered us his garage for parking the Vespas, shared stories about the house’s history and renovation, and gave us great tips for exploring the area. Everything was simply perfect. The house radiates dignity and charm. The hosts are very warm. The breakfast was generous and continually expanded with homemade treats from the hostess. The rooms were fully equipped and clean.
