The place was practical, friendly staff, and right in the city centre.
The location was excellent, just two steps from the Ariston theatre, exactly what I was looking for.
The city centre, 7‑minute walk to the sea, good customer service. Nearby there are no parking spots in season.

“Horible”
I didn’t like anything: the common areas, the pigeon droppings view, or the air conditioning leaking into a moldy bucket; nothing was good. The common areas were horrible, the apartment was unhygienic, the AC leaked into a moldy bucket, the staircase was extremely dangerous to reach the bathroom, the pigeons, dirt and droppings were everywhere, I didn’t even stay to sleep, I think the person didn’t change the sheets at all, the cleaning wasn’t done and when I came back the sheets were the same colour; I strongly recommend against it and the location is not great, I strongly recommend against it for families, the staircase is extremely dangerous and the place is unhygienic.
