The welcome was warm, the meals were very good, the staff were attentive, it was pure pleasure, and the hotel is great.

The location was excellent and the lady at reception was wonderful.

The shuttle to the slopes was a plus, but the heating was set too high, making the room uncomfortably hot, and the shower water was lukewarm instead of hot.

The shuttle to the slopes is handy, the hot chocolate when you return from skiing is nice, and the lounge with a fireplace is cozy for friends, but the kitchen is not good and the hotel needs a renovation.
