I appreciate the staff who were very helpful during check‑in, but Roberta doesn’t exist—she’s called Sophia. In the common area of the apartment there was a strong cigarette smell, and in the bathroom the ceiling seemed to leak from the floor above because water was dripping; the room door needed fixing as it seemed to fall apart when opened, the mattress was very uncomfortable, and the sheets had damp stains. Having a shared bathroom cannot be taken as a sign that I’m satisfied with everything.

“Nice host but stay was not very pleasant”

The host was very friendly, but the place smelled very strong of smoke, the bed was creaky, the door wouldn’t lock properly, and another resident clogged the sink and kept banging on the door.
