“SOLO PER VICINANZA AL MARE”

The beach is almost 100 m away on foot, balconies offer sea view. Cleaning should have been done every three days, but only towels were changed every three days; the last time they left only three towels—one for the face, one for the shower, one for the bidet—while we were two, which is absurd. Not to mention the room was always full of sand and never cleaned in 10 days, the furniture was worn, the curtains were torn—absolutely absurd.

The location is fantastic, and room 7 offered the best view of all. The property, however, needs a general renovation, especially the furniture, which feels very old.

The floor was filthy—sand and other debris—when we arrived, so we had to wipe it with toilet paper. The bathroom was tiny, with a hand shower that drenched the whole room, and there appeared to be an unsafe electrical outlet.

The place was super tidy and clean, with an amazing sea view right on the waterfront. The setup could have been better: only one pot, one pan, a few dishes, cutlery, and glasses are provided—adequate for one person but cramped if more guests arrive. The shower lacks a divider from the rest of the bathroom, which felt a bit uncomfortable.
