“The hotel did not meet our expectations during our stay and I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families.”
Only the location. 1. There was no hot water in the hotel for shower. I raised it multiple times and was offered a bucket of water for 4 rooms. 2. Hair dryer and kettle were broken. I informed the hotel staff and they promised to replace it but it didn't happen. 3. Beddings were dirty
The staff service was not good.
“Buen hotel cerca de la zona turística de Pokhara pero con un desayuno muy pobre y el servicio de limpieza de habitacione”
The location and the very clean pool were great. The breakfast was very poor, and they didn’t give us the room until the afternoon.
“Over all stay was good”
The spot was spot‑on for us, a little out of the way from the bustling lakeside. The food and the view from the restaurant were worth the price.
“Worst hotel”
I stayed at Bodhi Suites, Pokhara with my girlfriend, and it turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I booked a Deluxe Room that should have had a queen bed, but they just jammed two single beds and two mattresses together, making it super uncomfortable. Even after telling the staff, nothing was done to fix it. The washroom was dirty and the balcony was filthy. At about NPR 7,000 per night, the room felt like it was worth only 500 rupees. The staff were unhelpful and uninterested, showing no care for guests’ comfort. Overall, a terrible experience – I would never recommend this place to anyone.
