Nothing to mention, but the hotel was overbooked.

I didn’t like anything at all, especially the staff and management who didn’t even bother to bring tea when we asked, so I’d say this place is very bad and the people are not very understanding.

This is the worst property I’ve ever seen in Madkeri; please don’t book it—no service, a rude manager, and overall terrible behaviour; everything was awful.

While the location of a hotel I recently stayed at was a major highlight, with its picturesque surroundings and lush greenery, the rest of my experience was a letdown. The staff seemed understaffed and unprofessional, with no room service available and a general lack of responsiveness to my needs. The food was just average, and the toilets were not properly cleaned, with a broken toilet seat to boot.
